To Request an investigation from the Chicagoland Paranormal Society all we need is for a way to contact you in the description box below, and possibly a description of your problem. Your name and email are completely optional so that you can stay as anonymous as you want.

We would also like to let you know that the only two people who will be receiving the request are the co-founders and nobody else, not even the rest of the team members, unless you give us the consent to do so.
